We are Manuela Torriani, from Brescia who has always cherished Apulia, and Vincenzo Buono, born and grown up in that beautiful region of our beautiful Italy.

We are two friends who have shared the desire to show that the earth can give us wonderful things: just accept its gifts with the heart and enjoy the benefits.
